Windsor Photo and Video Co. is a photography and videography studio based in Windsor, Ontario. We cover weddings, engagements and pre-wedding sessions, maternity and family portraits, birthdays, and corporate events — photographed and filmed by the same team, so your images and your film share one look instead of two.
Most couples hire a wedding photographer and a separate wedding videographer, then spend the day watching two vendors compete for the same angle. We plan one set of coverage around your schedule, and your coverage is planned around your actual schedule rather than a fixed package.
We shoot across Windsor and Essex County — Willistead Manor, the Windsor riverfront, Sprucewood Shores, the St. Clair Centre for the Arts, Caesars Windsor, and out through LaSalle, Tecumseh, Amherstburg, Belle River and Leamington.

Every booking is quoted on hours, location and whether you want film as well as photographs. These are the starting points.
Weddings
from $795
Half-day photography coverage. Photo and video together from $1,295; full-day photo and video from $2,195.
Portraits & Maternity
from $325
Roughly a one-hour session. Maternity, family, couples and headshots, in studio or on location across Essex County.
Events
from $155/hr
Event photography $155–$175 per hour. Event videography $195–$275 per hour. Birthdays, parties and corporate events.
Every booking is quoted on hours, location and whether you want film as well as photographs. Delivery timelines are confirmed when you book.

How much does a wedding photographer cost in Windsor, Ontario?
Wedding photography with Windsor Photo and Video Co. starts at $795 for half-day coverage, and $1,295 when you want both photography and video. Full-day and multi-day weddings are quoted on hours, location and team size. Portrait and maternity sessions start at $325, and event coverage starts at $155 per hour for photography or $195 per hour for video.
Do you cover both photography and videography?
Yes. We shoot photo and video together as one team, which means one consistent style across your images and your film, and no two vendors competing for the same angle.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Windsor, Ontario and regularly shoot across Essex County, including LaSalle, Tecumseh, Amherstburg, Belle River and Leamington. Travel beyond Essex County is available on request.
How long does it take to receive photos and video?
Delivery timelines are confirmed when you book, so you know the schedule before your date. Wedding films take longer to edit than photographs, and where both are booked the film follows the gallery.
How do we book, and what deposit is required?
Dates are held with a deposit and a signed agreement, with the balance due before your event. Send us your date and we will confirm availability within 24 hours.
Do you shoot South Asian and cultural weddings?
Yes. We cover multi-day and multi-event weddings, including early morning ceremonies and extended family portrait sessions, and plan coverage hours around the full schedule rather than a standard eight-hour day.
