How event coverage works
Hourly, with no minimum package
Most events do not need a full-day package. A birthday needs the speeches and the cake. A corporate event needs the keynote, the room and a handful of usable headshots. So we price by the hour and you book the window that matters.
Photography and videography can be booked separately or together. If you need both, the same team covers them — which keeps one look across your photos and your event film, and keeps the number of people moving through your room down.

How much does an event photographer cost in Windsor, Ontario?
Event photography with Windsor Photo and Video Co. is $155 to $175 per hour depending on the event, and event videography is $195 to $275 per hour. Photography and video can be booked separately or together, and there is no minimum package.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
No. We price by the hour so you can book just the window that matters, whether that is two hours for speeches and cake or a full day at a conference.
What kinds of events do you cover?
Birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties, showers, graduations, family celebrations, corporate events, conferences, awards nights, product launches and brand content, across Windsor and Essex County.
Can we book photography and video for the same event?
Yes, and it is usually the better option. The same team covers both, so your photographs and your event film share one look, and there are fewer people moving through the room.
How quickly do we get the photos and video?
Delivery timelines for both photographs and video are confirmed when you book.
Do you travel outside Windsor for events?
Yes. We cover LaSalle, Tecumseh, Amherstburg, Belle River, Kingsville and Leamington as standard, and travel further across Ontario on request.
